Kip Fanta is the Principal of Kip Fanta Group, a firm dedicated to helping IT and Shared Service organizations intentionally design strategic partnership into how they operate.

Kip founded his company firm with a clear focus: elevating Information Technology and Shared Service functions from service providers to trusted, strategic partners of the business.

His work centers on Business Relationship Management (BRM), leadership development, and Business–IT convergence, equipping organizations to move beyond alignment and embed partnership into their operating model.

Professional Leadership & BRM Expertise

Kip works closely with the BRM Institute, where he serves as a Master Business Relationship Manager (MBRM), Accredited Knowledge Provider (KP), and recognized thought leader.

He delivers programs across the full Knowledge Path to Success and advises organizations globally on building structured, sustainable BRM capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.

Corporate Experience

Before founding his firm, Kip spent 25 years within the IT and Global Business Services (GBS) organization at Procter & Gamble.

During his tenure, he served in multiple Business Relationship Management roles and gained firsthand experience in how IT and Shared Services can meaningfully influence strategy and value creation.

His assignments included:

• Manufacturing Operations (P&G’s largest plant)

Kip’s work took him across the globe, including Latin America, Europe, and Asia, where he developed a deep appreciation for cross-cultural leadership and enterprise-scale collaboration.

Kip is frequently invited to moderate, emcee, and speak at leadership forums and enterprise events. With more than three decades of leadership and training experience, he is known for engaging audiences with clarity, energy, and practical insight.

His passion lies in helping leaders think differently and show up differently, in how they partner, influence, and drive results.

Education & Personal

Kip earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University and completed his master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering at The Ohio State University.

He and his wife live in Naples, Florida, and are the proud parents of two grown children.
