Kip Fanta is the Principal at the Kip Fanta Group.  He established his company to inspire and enable leaders at all levels, with a focus on helping Information Technology (IT) and all Shared Service Providers/Functions, both internal and external, become more strategic with their business partners.  

Kip partners very closely with the Business Relationship Management (BRM) Institute for all areas related to BRM. Kip is a Master of Business Relationship Manager (MBRM) and Master Knowledge Provider (KP) & Thought Leader with BRM Institute.  He is excited to bring all the offerings found on Knowledge Path to Success (KPTS) for BRM.

In his work with Inixia, Kip provides Professional GBS training and advisory services to Global Business Services/Shared Services organizations around the world.   Along with his training, he provides consulting and coaching to organizations of all sizes and industries, both within the US and globally, in their overall BRM and GBS implementations.   

With Kip’s strong passion for relationships and the importance they play within business, Kip is also a consultant/advisor with Relations Research.  Finally, Kip is a strong partner with GetInSync and SkillsTX, who have each built best-in-class platforms for Virtual CIO Management and Digital Skill development accordingly.  

Prior to taking a step out on his own, Kip spent 25 years within the IT and Shared Services organization within Procter & Gamble (P&G).   During his time at P&G, Kip had multiple assignments as a ‘Business Relationship Manager (BRM)’, where Kip gained valuable insight and experience in how IT/Shared Services can provide more and more value to its business partners.  Kip had additional assignments in Service Design/Management, SAP Development/Implementation, P&G’s largest manufacturing plant, several large Retail Customer Teams, and the Internal Controls/Audit organization.   Across his career, Kip traveled the world (Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, China, Philippines, and more), valuing and enjoying the opportunity to experience and work with companies and people from all cultures and experiences.  

Kip is frequently called upon to moderate, emcee, and speak at all types of meetings.  He has a passion for engaging and developing others and has been a sought-after speaker and trainer over the past 33+ years. Kip was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and earned his BS degree in Mathematics/Statistics from Miami University.  He then completed his Masters at The Ohio State University in Industrial & System Engineering. He is married, has two grown children and lives in Naples, Florida.
