The High-Performing BRM Workshop

The High-Performing BRM Workshop empowers all BRMs – beginners and experienced BRMs – with the knowledge needed to make a real difference in their organization and be recognized as leading contributors to its success.

Participants are taught the key characteristics, skills, and actions used by high-performing BRMs to develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and deliver actionable results that help meet organizational goals.

More importantly, participants learn how to apply what they have learned using  real-life scenarios. They don’t just learn what to do; they practice what they learn to develop a deeper understanding of how it is applied to achieve maximum benefit.

This workshop is not merely informational but an actual agent of tangible change; participants can immediately implement these teachings in their work.

We are a proud partner with Barkley Consulting Group, the creator behind this successful workshop.

Who Should Attend

Beginner and experienced BRMs and anyone in a “business-facing role” who needs to build strong and meaningful relationships with others.  This can come from any sector – public or private - and includes IT Leadership, Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Service Desk professionals, Enterprise Architects, People (HR) Executives, Financial Leaders, as well as others who interact and engage with business partners in your organization.

This was one of the best training classes I’ve attended throughout my career and would highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to establish an effective Business Relationship Management function within their organization.
— Director BRM, Manufacturing
I went into this course thinking I was already a capable BRM; I ended up learning so many techniques and using amazing tools that I’m going to start to use to bring me to the next level of business relationship management.
— Senior BRM, Government
The High-Performing BRM Course stretched my ability to think strategically and holistically when it comes to building stronger relationships within and across organizations. I could not recommend this course more to ANYONE interested in expanding their communication, influence, and strategic thinking skills.
